Women in Leadership Program
Booking Holdings is proud to be an advocate of gender equality and career growth in the workplace. Launched in 2016, our Women in Leadership Program brings together senior women leaders through mentorship and networking opportunities, empowering our female executives across all brands and equipping them with leadership skills based on the latest research on equity in the workplace. Our vision is to build and enable our C-Suite pipeline of talent regarding gender.
Foundations of Inclusive Leadership
Foundations of Inclusive Leadership is a mandatory training program for all senior executives across the enterprise that inspires our leaders to be more inclusive in everything they do. Aimed at building a common language around the foundational principles of diversity, equity and inclusion, the program sets the tone of inclusive leadership from the very top.
Volunteer Time Off Program
We are committed to giving back to the communities in which we work! Booking Holdings gives every employee 8 hours of time off specifically dedicated to volunteering. As an employee you may take on volunteer projects with your specific team, individually, or several departments may come together depending on the size of the project.
Learning & Development
