The VP, Risk & Controls will report to the Chief Accounting Officer in our Norwalk, CT office.
The company is looking for someone with experience working in a fast growth, innovative environment. He/she will be required to work cross functionally with brand leaders (CEOs, CFOs, Controllers) to help support the strategic growth of the business by strengthening the company’s internal control foundation. The VP, Finance Risk & Controls will support Booking Holdings as well as the Brands by implementing and managing leading practice internal controls and financial accountability. As such, he/she will be capable of developing strong partnerships with senior business leaders and working in a highly collaborative way across a broad range of enterprise initiatives.
This oversight consists of providing independent trusted advice that will assist the first line of defense in making informed risk-based decisions, while supporting the delivery of business goals and objectives.
