Job Summary

  • Responsible for planning, managing and reporting on all aspects of the User Acceptance Testing Programme for BHFS and responsible for execution of the BHFS Test Strategy.

  • Development of a testing strategy, framework and underlying testing processes that are conducive to operating in a regulated environment

  • Analyse business scope, business requirements, user stories and/or use cases

  • Create manual UAT test scripts based on business scope and user stories

  • Identification of testing tool to support automated efficiencies as part of the wider UAT programme

  • Manage BHFS UAT testers during the UAT test phases to ensure testing is completed on time

  • Works with BHFS and other stakeholders both internal and external to co-ordinate the UAT test programme. 

  • Provides experienced testing support to the business in the resolution of business and system incidents and problems

  • Responsible for reporting on status of UAT testing programme to the Programme Managers

  • Ownership of the overall UAT testing programme for BHFS

  • Act as an escalation point for any testing related issues to the Programme manager

Knowledge and Skills

  • Experience of working with Third Party software solutions and vendors in the delivery of customer and business facing solutions

  • Extensive experience of working and delivery of change in regulated and controlled environments;

  • Experience of working with and in high velocity software development and delivery teams;

  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Services, preferably in Payments and with KYC/AML teams

  • Experience with issue management systems such as JIRA

  • Excellent stakeholder management and written and spoken skills
