Booking Holdings Financial Services (hereinafter “BHFS”) is based in Dublin, Ireland and provides financial services in the form of payment services and e-money products across all the brands. Responsible for planning, managing and reporting on all aspects of the User Acceptance Testing Programme for BHFS and responsible for execution of the BHFS Test Strategy.
Development of a testing strategy, framework and underlying testing processes that are conducive to operating in a regulated environment
Analyse business scope, business requirements, user stories and/or use cases
Create manual UAT test scripts based on business scope and user stories
Identification of testing tool to support automated efficiencies as part of the wider UAT programme
Manage BHFS UAT testers during the UAT test phases to ensure testing is completed on time
Works with BHFS and other stakeholders both internal and external to co-ordinate the UAT test programme.
Provides experienced testing support to the business in the resolution of business and system incidents and problems
Responsible for reporting on status of UAT testing programme to the Programme Managers
Ownership of the overall UAT testing programme for BHFS
Act as an escalation point for any testing related issues to the Programme manager
Knowledge and Skills
Experience of working with Third Party software solutions and vendors in the delivery of customer and business facing solutions
Extensive experience of working and delivery of change in regulated and controlled environments;
Experience of working with and in high velocity software development and delivery teams;
5+ years of experience in Financial Services, preferably in Payments and with KYC/AML teams
Experience with issue management systems such as JIRA
Excellent stakeholder management and written and spoken skills
