Job Overview

The Sr. Manager will develop and oversee the execution of an Organizational Change Management program for a key workstream that is part of a large scale finance transformation project.  Partnering with the business, project and functional stakeholders, the Sr. Manager will build and deliver an end-to-end change program to meet business needs and drive adoption of the future state.  
 

Working with the OCM team, this Sr. Manager will ensure the change strategy aligns to the broader OCM approach. Further, the Sr. Manager will support the advancement of the OCM practice and additional work streams as needed.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead the development of the OCM Strategy and plan for a large scale finance transformation  

• Serve as day-to-day workstream lead, interfacing with key partners and stakeholders (e.g. Finance Leaders, Project Managers, Functional SMEs, End-Users, etc) 

• Conduct change impact, readiness and stakeholder assessments; create change program to address all identified change related impacts 

• Identify and manage communication channels; deliver timely and relevant workstream communications 

• Partner to integrate and deliver learning/training as part of change program 

• Establish programs to mitigate any anticipated resistance  

• Define success metrics and evaluate end-user readiness 

• Integrate change management activities into broader workstream project plan; track progress, report and manage against any issues/risks 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in related fields [e.g. Organizational Management, Organizational Psychology, etc.]

• Experience delivering change programs for ERP implementations (preferably SAP S/4HANA) 

• Background in large scale global transformation

• In-depth knowledge of OCM; experience delivering end-to-end programs (Change Management certification preferred (i.e. Prosci certified)) [Minimum 8 years experience]

• Prior experience managing a team

• Strong project and program management experience

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible to be considered for an annual bonus and equity grant.

The base salary range for Connecticut and the NYC metro area is $144,000-$176,000.
