Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Compliance Associate, Global Training to drive our training program forward with a focus on creating innovative, engaging, tailored training for the Group.  In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive training programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across the Group. This role will support the Company’s dedication to maintaining a strong ethical culture across the business. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess training needs, design engaging content, and deliver effective training sessions. Attention to detail, strong excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the latest compliance training methods and standards are essential for success in this role. 

In this role, you will get to:

  • Support Global Ethics & Compliance training and awareness efforts across our Group of brands.

  • Develop and deliver training curriculum/materials, select appropriate delivery mechanisms, facilitate instructor-led and e-training, and evaluate training effectiveness for the global Group workforce.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to provide effective training solutions.

  • Serve as liaison with external training vendors to evaluate and vet content offerings.

  • Stay current with applicable regulations, in collaboration with subject matter experts, to the extent necessary to update and refresh training content.

  • Maintain project documentation and related project plans.

What you have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum five years experience in compliance, ethics, legal, or regulatory training development and deployment or related area.

  • Experience creating and conducting live trainings

  • Proven experience translating business messaging requirements into innovative training program elements.

  • Compelling and persuasive communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Capable of successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with a proactive and flexible approach to work.

  • Strong collaboration skills with an ownership mindset to proactively engage in team-focused environments and tackle business problems beyond the given task.

There are a variety of job related factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible to be considered for an annual bonus.

The base salary range for Connecticut and the NYC-metro area is $99,000 – $121,000.
