The Associate/Sr. Associate, Global Strategy will report to the Vice-President of Global Strategy in either our New York or Amsterdam office.
We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our Global Strategy team, helping us to answer questions that are core to the future of the world’s largest travel business.
We are an ambitious team, driving the overall Booking Holdings (“Group”) strategy by identifying and solving key questions for the organization, and partnering with companies, business units and functions to address specific needs. Our role is to break down and structure complex problems, execute relevant analyses, develop actionable recommendations and build organizational buy-in. We work on high-impact, challenging projects, both at Group level and within our various brands, with exposure to very senior leadership.
Despite the scale of our businesses, we retain a small, start-up feel and an energetic culture. We are looking for a results-driven, rigorous problem-solver with a sharp analytical mind, plus the ability to think creatively and communicate well.
