Booking Holdings Financial Services (hereinafter “BHFS”) is based in Dublin, Ireland and provides financial services in the form of payment services and e-money products across all the brands. The recruiter will report to the Head of HR in Ireland and will be responsible for the Recruiting function of BHFS roles in Dublin, Ireland. This role will be a key partner to our Corporate HR team and provide talent acquisition support and full-life cycle recruiting. This position will be remote in Ireland until our office opens up in Dublin. In addition to any special projects or tasks assigned, this role will be responsible specifically to:
Responsibilities and Duties
Own the full-life cycle recruiting process, for all openings in BHFS, including some senior/executive placements.
Provide guidance to the hiring managers around recruitment strategy, process and legal compliance.
Support various onboarding, orientation and other initiatives, and implement structured interview process.
Candidate sourcing and pipeline building, industry research/best practice, launch and expand intern and graduate programmes.
Partner with HR to adjust strategy, set expectations and drive the hire/no hire decision.
Assist in the selection process and ongoing management of recruitment vendors and contract negotiations (background check vendor, job boards, search aggregators, etc.).
Talent Acquisition Support:
Branding – Establish and maintain the employment brand – cultivate/curate a strong and locally recognized employment brand
Social Media – own and manage employment based social media channels
Belonging champion – support all Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
Own our ATS (Workday) work flows, dispositioning and communication creation
Provide input on workforce planning, succession planning, and other talent development or retention focused activities
Recommend new approaches and processes to continually improve HR and Recruiting strategy
Provide input and guidance to Manager, People Development on the Corporate population for initiatives and L&D programs
Oversee onboarding efforts for our growing population (background check, new hire ticket generation, Workday set up and first week activities, liaise with payroll to ensure they have necessary paperwork for all new hires)
