We are looking for a Manager, Global Compliance & Ethics Operations to join our Corporate Compliance & Ethics team, responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a world-class compliance and ethics program for our global business.  The Manager, Global Compliance & Ethics Operations will report to the VP, Global Compliance & Ethics Operations and will project manage a variety of compliance projects and initiatives to further enhance compliance support at both the Corporate level and across our brands.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Manager, Global Compliance & Ethics Operations will project manage a variety of compliance projects and initiative key to the successful implementation and continuous improvement of our compliance & ethics program, ushering them  through the entire project lifecycle. Specifically, the Manager, Global Compliance & Ethics Operations will:

  • develop processes, documentation, and communications for project management from rollouts through completion;

  • work with the VP, Compliance & Ethics Ops and stakeholders at Corporate and our brands to define each project’s objectives and requirements;

  • develop the implementation plan for each project and initiative including project tasks, milestones, workflows, and timelines; 

  • clearly communicate goals to project stakeholders and manage project timelines; maintain, track, and report on project status; and keep all stakeholders coordinated on progress and deadlines;

  • create success metrics and criteria; develop a reporting dashboard and ensure all reports, milestones, and tasks are kept up to date in the reporting framework; manage project timelines and key milestones to consistently meet or exceed goals;

  • provide senior leadership and functional leaders with updates on progress against plans, performance indicators, and success metric; 

  • act as a subject matter expert on project management and implementation planning and coordinating cross-brand project and implementation planning. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5-8 years of experience in program or project management

  • Experience working as a program or project manager on significant projects with global reach and executive exposure, ideally in the compliance or legal area

  • Experience building project management frameworks and dashboards 

  • Experience working in different systems and interest in learning, implementing, and managing new systems and tools

  • Proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities while remaining a collaborative team player

  • Experience working with global, cross-functional teams, capable of bringing together stakeholders in Compliance/Legal and various business departments, to align requirements and drive improvements 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing leaders across functions including an ability to effectively communicate with business teams 

  • Experience with compliance frameworks and requirements a plus

  • Experience working with risk and controls frameworks a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to quickly build credibility and influence

  • Ability to establish and maintain a culture of risk management and compliance while delivering on our commitments to customers

  • Ability to be flexible and agile
