Job Overview

The Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Analyst will report directly to the Director of Procurement / GPO and is responsible for supporting the end-to-end PTP process across the enterprise, including design, implementation, and project management oversight, through the Ivalua platform and ancillary systems. The candidate will facilitate procurement transformation workshops and serve as a liaison for functional and technical team members. 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Collaborate with key business and IT stakeholders globally to gather, validate, and present PTP business requirements, process flows, and related work products,

  • Provide project management support for Procure-to-Pay activities, managing project milestones, progress, risks, and issues

  • Facilitate design and configuration workshops to capture business requirements and development of the future state design and provide e-procurement configuration guidance as required.

  • Support technical integration design workshops with client technical teams for interface development.

  • Support in the creation, review, and validation of PTP  process design, functional specifications and data mapping requirements, configuration documents, testing plans, testing scripts, and, SOPs and training documents.

  • Ensure PTP design is in compliance with corporate procurement policy.

  • Liaise with E-procurement Support to track open items/defect resolution and provide general production cutover support activities.

  • Serve as a key implementation resource in supporting Ivalua PTP enablement to support current business processes and procurement policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 3-5 years of experience

  • Experience in PTP/ Supply chain roles

  • SaaS implementation, either Ivalua (preferred), or Ariba / Coupa / SAP S4HANA

  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and able to translate and articulate business requirements into a functional design and configuration requirements

  • Excellent data analysis and process mapping, written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
