Booking Holdings is currently seeking a PTP manager to provide process improvement and insights into upstream requisition to receive process management. The manager will report directly to the Global Process Owner for PTP.  Responsibilities include overseeing process and strategy improvements related to Contract Compliance, Purchase Requisitioning, Purchase Order Processing, and Goods Receipt Processing, as well as managing PTP technology developments through S/4 HANA and Ivalua SaaS solutions. 

In this role you will get to:

  • Drive process optimization for Purchase Requisitions, Approvals, Purchase Order Submissions, and Goods Receipt Management processes

  • Collaborate with BHI brands and our global team at the BHI Center of Excellence on critical global projects and initiatives

  • Support implementation of Virtual Cards and expansion of Corporate Cards

  • Manage the enablement of e-commerce applications such as Ivalua (Preferred)

  • Serve as a global point of contact for PTP processes, collaborating closely with key business and IT stakeholders across  BHI subsidiaries  

  • Work with the Global COE team to ensure Purchase Requisitions are linked to associated contracts, and gather key performance metrics to identify process improvement opportunities. 

  • Provide weekly status updates to EPMO, highlighting key milestones, risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies 

  • Lead design and configuration workshops to capture business requirements and development of the future state design and provide e-procurement configuration guidance as required

  • Provide daily updates for UAT and hypercare status calls through collaboration with regional leads across LATAM, NORAM, and EMEA

  • Drive technical integration design workshops with client technical teams for interface development.

  • Provide ongoing support for all OCM activities, including the creation and review of training documents, SOPs, and both internal and external communications 

  • Collaborate with the Controls Integration team to ensure the design complies with standard SOX policies

What you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5-8 years of experience in related field

  • Experience in PTP/ Supply chain roles,

  • Experience implementing SaaS solutions (Ivalua Preferred),

  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and ability to translate and articulate business requirements into functional design and configuration requirements,

  • Excellent data analysis and process mapping, written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills and proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio

There are a variety of job related factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible to be considered for an annual bonus and equity grant.

The base salary range for Connecticut and the NYC-metro area is $130,500-$159,500.
