The OCM Manager will develop and deliver Organizational Change Management programs that create awareness, engage end-users and drive adoption of strategic initiatives. This role will be responsible end-to-end delivery of change programs, from strategy development through execution. The Lead wll partner with project management to integrate OCM activities into project plans, reporting status and identifying and mitigating any OCM issues or risks.
Responsibilities and Duties
Create and implement change strategies using a structured methodology to drive end-user adoption of strategic initiatives
Complete change impact and stakeholder assessments to build OCM plans
Draft communications using many vehicles to engage stakeholders (e.g. leadership messages, town halls, newsletters, videos, etc.)
Support training efforts by providing input on training needs, managing training deployment as needed, and creating training support documentation (e.g. job aids, etc.)
Gather stakeholder feedback and measure progress against change goals (e.g. conduct & analyze pulse surveys, facilitate focus groups)
Identify any end user resistance and develop plans to mitigate
Build OCM activities into project plans, identifying and reporting status and managing issues or risks
5-8 years of experience
Knowledge of and experience with Organizational Change Management methodologies and frameworks (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, etc)
Experience with large scale and financial transformations a plus (e.g. ERPs)
Experience in global programs a plus
