We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our HR Advisory team and play a critical role in supporting our organization’s success. This role will be a key partner to our Corporate teams, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring that our workforce is engaged, motivated, and aligned with the Company’s goals.

They collaborate with and provide guidance to business leaders on people-related initiatives, are able to juggle multiple priorities at once, can resolve complex employee relations issues, and partner with organizational leaders on workforce planning, talent development, engagement, and retention solutions. Their expertise in HR best practices will be essential in fostering a positive work culture and promoting employee growth and development.
In this role you will get to:
Business Partnership
Collaborate with and develop strong partnerships with business leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and needs, providing proactive guidance and support.
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
Mentor junior HR colleagues on the principles and best practices of HR business partnership.
Employee Relations
Identify employee relations trends, take a proactive approach to mitigate risk, anticipate future challenges, and foster a positive, rewarding, and engaging employee experience.
Provide guidance and support to leaders, managers, and employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Talent Management and Organizational Development
Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop workforce plans to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
Collaborate with business leaders, managers, and other internal stakeholders to identify and implement people-related initiatives, such as performance management, talent development, employee engagement, and retention strategies that are best-in-class.
Support change management initiatives, including organizational design and restructuring efforts.
Partner with Talent Development to translate business needs into relevant learning and coaching opportunities for employees.
HR Analytics and Reporting
Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Prepare and present HR reports and dashboards to business leaders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Leverage HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and support evidence-based HR decision-making.
What you have:
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in the field 5+ years
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and align HR initiatives with business objectives
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Proven experience partnering and collaborating with leaders at all levels of the organization
Experience solving complex employee relations issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Experience building out processes and employment programs
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
Excellent organizational skills and attention-to-detail
Able to multitask and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with HR software and systems for data management and reporting
Thorough knowledge of HR best practices and employment-related laws and regulations
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

There are a variety of job related factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible to be considered for an annual bonus and equity grant.
The base salary range for Connecticut and the NYC-metro area is $114,300-$139,700.
