Job Summary

Program and Change management of virtual teams comprised of representatives from various organizational disciplines, including various business and technology groups

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a program and change framework and strategy within the business 

  • Provide best-in-class business program, project and change management standards including change reinforcement 

  • Creating change management plans for projects or change initiatives acknowledging all aspects of change – project initiation assessment, analysis, plan, implementation, communication and other associated change considerations

  • Developing change management processes and tools to support the integration and engagement with change management principles

  • To communicate effectively and manage expectations with Senior Sponsors and stakeholders globally

  • Actively report on program and project progress by use of project plans, issue & action logs and status reports

  • Identify and manage the resolution of issues and risks

  • Preparing impact analyses and evaluation of the actual impact of change

  • Support project transition to BAU environments and create measurements on change success

  • Support the intake and delivery of process improvements

  • Ensure product and regulatory knowledge is current

  • Adoption of global project management processes and procedures

  • Manage a small team of project management resources

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

  • Proven and demonstrable track record in Change, Program and Project Management, including management of virtual teams and stakeholders

  • Relevant experience as a Project Manager, ideally in a regulated payments, fintech or eCommerce environment

  • PRINCE2 / PMI Certification/PROSCI or equivalent preferred

  • Strong people management and influencing skills

  • Experience in developing and implementing change frameworks and best in class practices

  • Passionate about introducing new ways of working and influencing the benefits to key stakeholders

  • Experience or aptitude to deal with external customers and 3rd party vendors

  • Highly structured and methodical in execution with excellent attention to detail

  • Clear, articulate and concise verbal and written communication

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads, demonstrates time-management skills

  • Ability to understand and resolve or escalate issues quickly

  • Understanding of the cards, payments, fintech or global eCommerce industries

  • Proficient knowledge and experience of Google Suite of products e.g., Gmail, Slides, Docs, Sheets
