The Manager for Global Professional Services Procurement is responsible for the third-party contracts and relationships for Professional Services (IT Services, Consulting, Legal, etc.), Corporate Services, and other projects/subcategories as needed.   Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Procurement, the role has global responsibilities across all Booking Holdings brands, including,,, Agoda, Kayak, and OpenTable, with a total category spend exceeding $30 Million.

In this role you will get to:

  • Structure, develop, and implement procurement category strategies for Professional Services, with an eye on the Total Cost of Ownership 

  • Drive savings and value delivery initiatives through sourcing, vendor consolidation, and process improvement, managing the end-to-end S2P process

  • Foster close relationships with global business partners to support their objectives and company growth

  • Actively participate in the implementation of Procurement processes and tools as well as associated policies

  • Manage key third-party relationships (vendor management), develop reporting to provide stakeholders key information/insights and drive resolutions with any stakeholder and vendor escalations

  • Drive change in the mindset of stakeholders and brands to work as one combined company to maximize the value of contracts and vendor relationships 

What you have:

  • Deep experience in Professional Services sourcing (8+ years).

  • Familiarity with working with top-tier global consulting firms.

  • Ability to manage tactical as well as strategic projects on a consistent basis.

  • Experience developing and executing category strategies for Professional Services.

  • Ability to work globally across decentralized organizations (5 different Business Units/brands).

  • Ability to manage ambiguity in a corporate environment in a journey to improve processes.

  • Work well with stakeholders and develop requirements for conducting RFPs and oyster sourcing activities

  • Flexibility to operate across different time zones when needed. This role will service EMEA, and APAC as well as US stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated change management and project management skills with the flexibility to work both independently and in teams.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build rapport and credibility with business partners, including senior leadership.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including expert negotiation skills.

There are a variety of job related factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible to be considered for an annual bonus and equity grant.

The base salary range for Connecticut and the NYC-metro area is $135,900-$166,100.
