Booking Holdings is currently undergoing a Finance Transformation initiative that will drive effective finance/accounting support for business management; promote strong governance and control in the organization; and have a world-class finance organization in terms of execution and efficiency.  As a part of this initiative, OneStream has been implemented as the solution for consolidation, reporting, and corporate planning.  S/4 HANA is being implemented as the global ERP solution.

We are hiring a Financial Systems Administrator within the Global Business Services organization to support this transformation. This role, reporting to the Senior Director Enterprise Financial Systems, will serve as the global administrator supporting the OneStream platform and user base while continuing to leverage and deploy functionality within the platform to provide best-in-class technology as well as serving as a liaison to the business for current and future S/4 HANA initiatives.  This role will interface heavily with our global entities and corporate personnel at various levels across the organization, as well as the internal and external auditors.

The Financial Systems Administrator will be responsible for: 

  • Supporting the existing OneStream application suite across Booking Holdings and its subsidiary brands while preparing application documentation related to troubleshooting, training, and general navigation within the OneStream product suite. 

  • Participating in broader OneStream related projects and proactively identifying technologies that can expand functionality used within the platform.

  • Performing ongoing application maintenance, upgrade, development, testing, and implementation of application enhancements.

  • Maintaining the system metadata, business rules, updating the application data flows, and monitoring user license counts to stay compliant. 

  • Working with internal/external audit teams to provide necessary audit request support. 

  • Serving as a liaison to IT/Networking teams for application accessibility or connection matters. 

  • Demonstrating crisp communication skills, having experience communicating project status to a broad audience, and being willing to follow appropriate escalation channels to ensure delivery as planned. 

  • Reviewing application documentation related to troubleshooting, training, and general navigation within the product suite. 

  • Applying strong knowledge of the FICO system for designing, developing, testing, and understanding business requirements for S4 functions including integration with downstream and upstream applications.

  • Serving as the primary RTR Finance liaison with the SAP development, configuration, and quality assurance teams for the implementation and IT testing of the approved design.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field

  • Advanced job knowledge (5-8 years)

  • Experience with SAP S4 and OneStream

  • SAP Certification in FICO Module, a plus

  • Ability to effectively communicate at various levels of the organization tailored appropriately to the audience 

  • Knowledge of the SAP S4/HANA GL and the differences versus the ECC version

  • Strong knowledge of OneStream modules/functionality

  • Demonstrated business savvy to engage users to understand their underlying requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, rapidly growing, and fluid organization

  • Candidate should demonstrate effective collaboration skills up, down, and across the organization

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport and persuade others

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to understand the bigger picture

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible to be considered for an annual bonus and equity grant.

The base salary range for Connecticut and the NYC-metro area is $136,000-$166,000.
