This role Director, HR Program Management Office & Change Management will be responsible for building out a team over several verticals – HR Portfolio; Change Management; and Diversity, Inclusion, & Belonging. The company is looking for someone who has experience working with CHROs as well as Brand level HR/People & Culture teams. To be successful in this role you will need to develop strong partnerships with senior business leaders and work in a highly collaborative way across a broad range of HR professionals. First we need to start by understanding our current state processes and unique Brand needs. Once a baseline has been established for a minimum viable product (MVP) this role will overtime evaluate, recommend process improvements, and create our roadmap for change and help us to successfully execute against it year after year.
This role needs to be a leader in process improvement & excellence tools, business process methodologies and well-versed in the craft of HR. Ideal candidates have a mixture of experience working in top tier global management consulting or professional services firms and internal HR roles. Including a demonstrated track record of highly effective stakeholder management and experience with influencing C-Suite leaders to drive outcomes.
Responsibilities and Duties
Lead our Change Management & Comms function to ensure successful adoption of center lead initiatives across the HR Portfolio. Build our first central HR PMO, leveraging the existing PM infrastructure within the Brand HR teams, Finance, Tech, Legal, etc.
Build rapport and respect with the People Leadership Team (Brand CHROs) and their key HR SMEs by key area of focus – to include, but not limited to: TA, Talent, HRBP/Advisory, HR Ops, HR Tech/Systems, OD, Total Rewards, and DIB.
Deliverables for 1H 2022 will be to canvas all BHI and Brand people processes, understanding unique Brand needs, opportunities for improvement, and economies of scale. For 2H 2022 the primary objective would be to develop a roadmap of priorities and synergies, and secure leadership buy-in.
Responsible for leading Cross Brand People initiatives that drive synergies in the company – ensuring successful adoption of all change programs and that benefits / ROI is achieved.
Implement a business process methodology framework to determine the most ideal outcomes for our customers (employees, prospective candidates, etc.) – Design Thinking, process improvement/excellence, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement tools. As well as, establishing a successful Governance model and cadence.
Develop and evolve our People Strategy and its corresponding roadmap, and execute against over a 1-3 year time horizon.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources or other related field is required.
Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, or related field strongly preferred.
12+ years of experience as a HR transformation leader, in-house or consulting.
Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration in a high matrixed, complex, and fast moving environment. Capable of managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
Strong and sophisticated influencing skills, excellent communication and comfortable at all levels of the organization. “Global Thinker” – well versed in working in a large, global, and decentralized organization. Able to flex and adapt your style to new cultures and ways of working.
Ability to develop strategies, a clear vision of the path forward, and to execute against it – challenges assumptions and norms about “the way things are done”.
Able to function well within ambiguity and tell a clear story with data/insights.
