Booking Holdings Financial Services-US, is looking for a Compliance Analyst with experience in Financial Services, specifically Money Transmission. The selected candidate will have the chance to witness firsthand the investment in digital technology that helps take the friction out of travel.
The Compliance Analyst will assist in ensuring that BHFS-US complies with all US regulatory requirements. You’ll report directly to the BHFS-US Chief Compliance Officer.
Harnessing the strategic vision of the company, this role will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, maintenance, and support of the compliance program for BHFS-US . The Compliance Analyst will assist in ensuring compliance with all US money transmission license and money service business requirements. This position will also assist in the areas of licensing, examinations, anti-money laundering, risk, and controls.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Compliance team with the management of multiple projects involving various key stakeholders/teams throughout BHFS and affiliates
Development/maintenance of decks, spreadsheets, process flows, etc.
Assist in gathering the required data for compliance examination, licensing, and reporting
Assist with building out risk and control self-assessment program, framework, and templates
Assist in tracking regulatory change management as required.
Assist in creating testing and monitoring
Assist in building and maintaining compliance library
Other duties and projects within the compliance team, as assigned
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
1-5 years of progressive experience in the financial services industry, ideally an organization with both MTL and MSB
Knowledge of relevant technology applications used for money transmission including NMLS
Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with all levels of the organization
Experience in creating and enhancing policies and procedures to mitigate risk in an ever-changing regulatory environment
Ability to identify, escalate, and respond quickly to unexpected challenges and opportunities
Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, operations, IT, legal, and audit
Knowledge of general compliance management programs including risk assessments, control frameworks, issue management
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Must be highly proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google suite
Must be a team player with strong attention to detail
Effective written and oral communication skills required
There are a variety of job-related factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible to be considered for an annual bonus.
The base salary range for Connecticut and the NYC metro area is $62,100-$75,900.
The base salary range for Texas is $56,700-$69,300.
