Job Title: Associate Project Manager, Finance Global Optimization
Reports to and Location:
The Associate Project Manager will report to the Director of Finance Global Optimization in our Norwalk, CT office.

As the Associate Project Manager, the ideal candidate will be required to work cross functionally with the C-level Brand executives and board to help with the strategic growth of the business. The Finance Global Optimization Associate Project Manager will support the company’s Brands by evaluating and recommending improvements to business processes. As such, they will be capable of developing strong partnerships with senior business leaders and working in a highly collaborative way across a broad range of initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the value of ongoing process improvement, leveraging technology and will thrive in an evolving, fast-paced workplace. Qualified candidates will have meaningful experience working in e-commerce or with a multi-brand consumer-facing platform.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide project management support for execution of initiatives across the organization.
Assist with performing analyses on end-to-end Finance processes and provide recommendations for optimization.
Prepare executive level summaries to track progress on key initiatives.
Support development plans for key initiatives and organize detailed roadmaps for execution.
Develop strong stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels.
Work proactively with the Brands and IT to document Finance impacts, business requirements, process changes, implementation plans, etc. for projects.
Understand the status across all projects and identify issues to escalate.
Work with stakeholders across the company to collect input and share results of finance projects.
Prepare presentations and present findings to senior management.
Conduct ad hoc analyses at the request of senior executives.
Support team members and establish healthy, collaborative relationships.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a global Finance or IT project management role or relevant experience.
A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
Experience in supporting cross-functional transformation initiatives or large-scale IT systems implementations.
Experience using Finance systems and reengineering end-to-end business processes.
Experience with emerging technologies (RPA, AI, etc.).
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel.
Skills & Experience:

Ability to create quality presentations for executive audiences.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment and capability of communicating with a diverse range of individuals.
